Top opening carrier with car fixings?

Hello! I own 5 pet carriers and am still searching for the Perfect Model! 😊 What I'm after is top opening, plenty of ventilation and looky outy sections. The most important feature is fixings to make it secure in the car. My favourite one I simply wedge in the foot well, but I'd like them on the car seat but with a proper diagonal and lap fittings so it's safely secure, like a baby's car seat.
My original RAC carrier has plastic sections you post the seat belt through but it was never held in place properly.
Any suggestions very gratefully received. Cost is not an issue for the right item! Thank you!
 
I have never found the perfect carrier either. Some people think they are safest in the footwell behind the front seats but it makes it very difficult to keep an eye of them or pass food through
 
Ooo that looks good.. I like the carrying strap!
I’ve never used the strap! I feel it would have to go across the body rather than on the shoulder if you wanted to not carry it in your hand too, but I guess it would still take some of the weight
