So I have my two sets of boys in two separate 2x5 c and c cages, but was just wondering if I had too much 'stuff' in there like tunnels, houses, hideys ect.. I obviously want them to have places to hide, chew and play with but still want enough space for them to run. What does everyone else have in their cages?

hi,
Pictures could help, i have 4 pairs each in a 4 by 2 hutches they have a tunnel, 2 cozied

that looks fine, plenty for them to keep busy :)
Nikki at snoozies cosies…heres the link….Snoozie's Cozies
Makes all kinds of fleece items for them too including fleece pouches (cozies) tunnels etc

I think that's a good question. I've got two boars and they're happy to share (at the moment). If I had to put in two of everything, that'd seriously impair their running around/general health.

Looks fine for two piggies. Still have plenty of place and interesting things.

Looks good to me. Most of the things allow for running space as they can go through them or hop over them. I love your wall decor too!

Just seen this. this looks a good layout to me=) My boys living in a 2 storey 4x2 hutch, are quite happy to share and they are 18 months old, one thing which I find great for them to prevent arguments and fighting is hay cookies. You can get them from the pet shop. or guinea pig forage, also from pet shop. I usual put these in in the morning before going to work. It means usually if one gets bored of sleeping, playing in tunnel or laying in the blankets etc then they tend to both enjoy the extra treats which keeps there minds active, especially the "leaves" as I call them. My piggies love digging up and climbing on everything trying to find the leaves. they also like the hay cookies because the way they are put together they usually have to play with it a little bit to get the best bits which will keep them entertained for a good while. Usually if one of them does become a bit "show dominance" they get their eyes on a treat which distracts them from the other piggie- leaving them both happy and entertained =) (also hay in toilet roll with few pieces of carrot or kale keeps them entertained)
