Hi guys just wondering whether it is safe to let piggies on the lawn this week. I always worry that they will get too hot. The high tomorrow is 26 which I think might be too hot?
My run is quite small but i could cover it with a blanket?

Including some pics of my piggies relaxing :)

Mine were outside in the run today. I have a north facing garden so they are in the shade of the house for the hottest part of the day. I put the hose lightly over the duvet cover that I put on top of the run this morning to keep them a bit cooler. I also popped in a couple of freezy blocks in old odd socks so that the piggies could lie against these if they wanted to.

Mine have been out everyday this week. I also have a North facing garden so they are in the shade. I too cover their run with a damp fleece and give them frozen bottles in old socks.

They are indoor piggies but their room has just been too hot and stuffy and that’s with the blinds pulled down
