Hello! Just finished moving around stuff and changing the fleece yet again. I like this setup much more than the other ones that were too empty, but does it look too crowded? Not sure what to take out if that's the case since I don't really want to take out the blue thing :hmm: Thanks!

That looks lovely! Do you think it's a good idea to remove one of the kitchen roll tubes, and possibly make those two bowls in the same place- more running space?

Thank you! I'll remove one of them right away, but not sure what to do about the bowls as they're what keeping back the piggies (especially Teddy for being such a shy pig!) from going under the fleece :D

Indeed they do! Now Teddy's discovered her true talent and forever job, Ginny's decided to join her. After walking in the room, I'll find him and Teddy as little (giant) blobs under the fleece. Just yesterday I had a massive panick when I couldn't see Teddy anywhere in the cage and thought she somehow escaped. A minute later and I see something under the fleece comfortably stretched out

About the blue thing though, I guess I could move it to a corner and post a pic of the result?

I think that looks a bit neater, do you? :) you could always prop it up a bit over the plastic hidey so they can enter it easy. You don't have to though!

Off topic, but I have managed to find Minja like this! Will post more pictures if requested :))

It's no problem, CGP! Suggestions are always welcome :D Will do that in a min, but this is from a bit more far away.

She is quite chubby though lol

And great! Will probably have to move it a bit again to prevent any dangers with the radiator. It's not normally on or at a very high temp, but just in case.

Ah yeah I see! We have a radiator right next to the cage, so we had to turn it off because I was worried it may heat/melt the correx :P

I'm not sure! I mean it's probably not very likely but our radiator was very hot, we tried turning it off on the thermostat, but it didn't work, so we had to go to the other end of the radiator where it controls the water stuff that goes in the radiator. I had to twist it, can't remember which way lol. It was a right hassle because the bed was hard to move lol

I'll look online about it :)

I changed the thing a little again so it also works as a hammock of sorts. The piggies aren't very interested, but they will (ie Minja ) lay in it or hop in it if there's food in there!

Yep :)) I think the main reason the three don't go up there much is because they'll pull the thing down by a tiny bit and will hear another piggy wheeking in annoyance after being sat on.

It looks more spacious now the blue cloth is pinned up, and will hopefully satisfy those burrowing desires :)
Looks lovely and your piggies are really cute :)

Thanks! Fleece is still rather awkward with me though :))

And @Kerrie74 would you make a thread about it? I love moving cages around so hopefully I could help somewhat. A few months ago, before I moved my cage around, I was breaking my back trying to clean the back of the C&C :D

I think I've figured it now after speaking to @Critter but I'll do a post on it over the weekend :) because it would be nice to make it easier for my son until Cesaro is in with the sows which won't be until about September time.

Hopefully they are and thanks :D Now just need to put a blanket or something similiar over the top of the hammock so they don't escape!

Great :) It would be handy to see what you've done as I'm thinking about moving my cage once again and don't plan on any more back pains :)) Also, Cesaro is a lovely name!
