Tomorrow my 5mm white Correx comes from protec , I paid for next day delivery, even after paying £15 delivery this is still only the same price as local sign shops were wanting for 4mm. Standard delivery is £10.

and I will be making it into a 6x2 or 5x2 tray with 1ft walls for my piggy girls who currently live in this makeshift pile of junk that is literally held together with tape, its 4 bits of correx from a hutch mashed together!

ta **! couldnt find my slr and my phone couldnt get this all in one frame so I picked up my vlog cam :-)

Ohh I was looking to buy it off of that website before deciding on another. Let me know how good it is :) I was wondering if it would come with the writing on :))

It does come with writing on but its really strong! I am a heavy girl and I stood on it with no damage caused! its more than strong enough to support its own weight like I had it on the units. Its a good price local sign shops wanted the same amount for 4mm + delivery.

I wanted the white but it was out of stock so they gave me black for the same price.

It's fab and does the job perfectly! Love your videos, saves all the hard work of searching for C&C grids doesn't it!

Saves the expense too! The actual correx was £11 for the sheet so super cheap, easy to make and strong enough to hang a 1 litre bottle on ... no need for grids on this! Makes the correx cutting super easy ... all I needed to do was score one foot from each edge and fold and ta **! Its 6ft x 2ft in size to good for 3 piggies!

It supports its own weight well and its very sturdy .. i can stand on it and it doesnt even dent at all! and I am not thin!

Thanks for the comment on the vids :-) I have another one uploading now ... spot cleaning a cage .. ha ... I am really trying to avoid revising!

I am going to do more educational "boring" type videos over the summer on bedding, care, cage sizing etc etc :-)

Wow I love how you've got all the cages arranged! The bin cages for the hammies look great. The only reason I got the grids was to create a second level and to use to make a play pen for them. I had enough for the cage + the pen so I decided I'd use them for both.

Thanks :-) I really love the bin cages they are amazing and super quick and easy to clean literally tip them into a bin bag , use little hand held hoover to get the last bits of dust, spray with vinegar (I use white vinegar for cleaning as I love the stuff) wipe dry add bedding put hammy back. Super light so they be moved around so easily I can carry them up and down the stairs for example! I cant lift the glass tank cage , and the imac is a challenge to move. Its quite a squeeze in the animal room but there is room for more :-P I could have 2 more piggies in a correx only cage on top of the ferplast 140 for example or another bin hammy cage! Its like tetris getting all the cages into that room!

I think the grids are a good idea but for simple one level cages they are expensive! I have some grids like but I am not using them for the girls because they are quite old and will not use a ramp. I am going to use the grids to build a second level into the boars ferplast 140 cage though! I think they need some more room! and any left overs will be used to make a hammy play pen (I have those solid plastic grids) , the double tier cages and stuff that can be made with the grids are epic! but my correx cage was super cheap the actuall sheet was £11 + postage (£15 for next day delivery , £10 for standard delivery but pick up was available but my car is a corsa so it would never have fitted!)
