hi there ive noticed a lot of places are selling little snuggle beds to me they look like little kitten beds does any one use these beds for there little piggies ive read that there ment to be really good but not sure if i should buy one with out advice from you all first

My lot ALL love them. Big hit in this house. Before getting piggies I never ever would have thought of them cuddling into soft fleecy beds but they do! :(|)

hi lisajazz how often do you wash the snuggle beds are these something you use at cuddle time or do you place them in there hutch or cage for them to use as and when they like what is the most you would pay out per fleece bed

This is the most I'd pay too - They are quite pricey if you want to buy a couple, but they are really good, very well made and all the piggies love them!

My piggies love their crash pads... but they also like the ones I've made (just rectrangular sacks) and the tunnel and cozy I've bought from Pollie who is a member on here. Pollies stuff is heaps cheaper than pimp my piggy and all profit goes to guinea pig rescues :)

I have stuff from all over, cavy coture, pimp my piggy palace and from Polly and all are equally popular, Polly's stuff is cheaper. I think one of the other 2 places ives to rescues too. My lot DO pee and poop in theirs (Kimberley can you ask yours to teach mine how to stop doing it please!). I tend to wash them every week too and because they are fleece they dry really fast.

One thing I will say is that not all my pigs like cosy's but all do like beds.

And the crash pads are brilliant, but they do trample on them and kind of spoil the point, so I use twisty ties to attach them to the top of the cage so they can't trample and can only sleep inside them properly.

Getting a spare pad or 2 for them is a good idea as then you can wash the pad not the bed.

OH and one last thing - with the beds and crash pads you can fit heat pads in them which is perfect for the winter months.

Hehe, yeah, mine go potty in theirs too... Sometimes Martha has the INTENTION of saving the bed/crash pad and sort of hangs har bum over it to go but end up dribbling down the front instead :)) Sometimes they last a whole week and sometimes I remove them for washing after two days. I have lots of spares though :)

I wash mine with the bedding (mine are on fleece) weekly - They are a hit in my house too! They don't tend to wee/poop in them. They dry really quickly as well. I've got the crash pads from here http://pimpmypiggy.homestead.com/crashpads.html

In fact, you've reminded me to buy another!

Cheers for that link, I've not seen this one before. Just got to get one of those piggy angels for my crew!
