Timothy Hay

How can give them timothy hay that's not lose? i am allergic to it but i know they need it for their diet.

they dont need Timothy specifically, they need a grass hay so any other type is absolutely fine

Otherwise, if you specifically want to give Timothy, then you can use a safe hayrack, it in toilet roll tubes (cut lengthways so no piggy can get their head stuck), plastic or cardboard boxes

That’s absolutely fine for them to eat just that. You don’t have to feed Timothy if it is going to cause you problems

i had to have allergy tests and it came up I'm allergy to it a couple of years ago.

I’m allergic to Timothy hay to so I feed my boys meadow or orchard hay they are both healthy boys! No need to put yourself through the pain of allergies if you don’t need too!

thanks. i have asthma and been told if i go near it i could have an attack which i dont want lol
