Till what age can sows have babies?

Hello..following the death of two of my guinea pigs, I am left with a male pig and a female pig, both 7 years old and from the same litter. They are not neutered.
I was wondering if I could try placing them together. Or is there still a chance of pregnancy at this age? Any suggestions will be most welcome. Thank you

Welcome to the Forum. 7 is a great age to get to you must be looking after them very well. Guinea pigs can have babies at any age and unneuterred piggies of different sexes must be kept apart. Can you put them in cages next to each other?

I am afraid they cannot live together and must be kept separate at all times given the boar is not neutered. Guinea pigs (both boars and sows) are fertile for their entire lives, so, yes, she will get pregnant if you were to put them together. Pregnancy would have huge risks at her age.
They can be perfectly happy living side by side but in separate cages. This will allow interaction through the bars as they can still see, smell, hear each other.

If they remain fertile all through their life, definitely don't want to take the risk of pregnancy.
