He's starting being really wierd with me during the past week. Instead of sitting on my knee or chest as normal as soon as I sit down with him he scales me and sits on my shoulder by my ear. He rumbles with every stroke I give him also and teeth chatters the whole time down my ear!

He seems quite skinny to me but then I think that all the time and then weigh him and he's fine! My scales are out of battery so will get one at the weekend and check his weight but it is probably normal.

He is eating and doesn't seem ill, I haven't noticed any excessive scratching etc.. He still takes veg from my hand etc..

I'm just a bit puzzled! Is there anything I can do to make more happy again or anything people can think that it is?

Er...that's weird. How long have you had him?

I'd weigh him asap...if his weight has dramatically changed...I think a trip to the vets would be in order.

Sometimes one of my guineas acts differently from what I'm use to, they just change I guess.

How old is Tiger?

He can be just trying to assert his dominance over you. I have had several piggies trying that after they had been with me for a while!

Thanks I have weighed him and he is 1177gms which is about right for him. It is Amy who has gotten fatter I think which has made me think he is skinny. She is now a whopping 1329gms!

I have had him since February and he was born around oct 2008 so he is about 1 year 3 months!

I hope that is all it is I am just ignoring his behaviour at the minute in the hope I will find out what is wrong or he'll go back to normal!
