a little concernd as my books say its bad for them to eat plastic, but they have just started to nibble at the so called nibble proof plastic tubes , so ive just taken them out but they are sulking as they had 3 of them and love them...should i bin them or put them back ?
 
Some of mine have nibbled the plastic Correx ... but I think just nibbled it and spat it out and have been okay ... not sure in your case but if you can see the nibbled bits lying about then maybe theyre not eating them ?

cleaned the cage out 2day ,there are bits missing of the end of the tube but none in the cage........... the tubes are now in the bin and they now have the card ones i brought today.
