:-\ Well after being worried about blood on the bedding for the past few days it happened again and this time on inspection it was clear that Thomas was the one who had been bleeding. :(

So rang up got a appointment for about 10 minutes time and off Thomas went with her sister Scamp to keep her company. :smitten:

The vetseemed nice enough and quite knowledgable of guinea pigs but said there weren't and clear signs of what exactly it was so now I have a weeks worth of oral treatment to give her but since she likes to nibble on everything it shouldn't be hard administering it. :)

I just hope his clears it up for good

Thankyou :)

Her first day is done and I'm just wandering how fast acting this stuff is? If anyone knows it would be appreciated O0

Fine...I saw a bit more blood yesterday but none today so she seems to be maknig a recovery :). I need to go and give her some more of her medication soon, she'll enjoy that :P

Awwww- Hope shes better - Does she really like the medication ;D ;D

Nope but she likes the cucumber afterwards for taking it :)

If it's a bladder infection these can be quite stubborn and not all kinds of antibiotics work. Just stick with it until the end of the course of medication but don't hesitate to take her back if there's still bleeding - sometimes they can be on antibiotics for weeks.
