Think Betsy has a UTI

I think The Ever Beautiful Betsy has a UTI. She was a bit soggy round her back end so I gave her a bum bath yesterday much to her disgust. This morning her bum is all soggy again. I'll be calling the vet tomorrow.

No Priscilla Betsy behaved beautifully. If it had been Patsy well that's a completely different matter .... Even the vet commented on how much Patsy poops!

Betsy has a UTI. She is on Sulfatrim and Metacam for 10 days. She weed on me while we were in the waiting area which she never does without a warning nip to ask to go back in the hutch/run/carrier/be put down anywhere so she doesn't wee on her Hooman. I'll give her another bum bath in a couple of days to see if she is still leaking wee.

Oh no, hope the Sulfatrim and Metacam do the trick. I’ve always seen good results from Sulfatrim; and I’ve always found it doesn’t tend to affect the gut as other antibiotics do
