Hey guys!
Okay, so I know I've been asking a lot of questions lately. Thank you for all of the patience.
So, yesterday I introduced Midnight and Mocha. I think it went very well. However, I'm a bit nervous because Midnight is three and Mocha seems to be in his teen phase. Midnight has never lived with another pig other than the time I tried to bond him with Panda, and Panda passed, which was two years ago. So anyways, Midnight seems to be the dominant one, but he also seems to just not care about Mocha. He clearly does not dislike him, as I've caught him grooming Mocha a few times and rarely nips him apart from when they first met. However, Mocha will occasionally rumble at Midnight. I know they're still working out dominance, Midnight just seems so ambivalent, I'm worried he's not happy. When they met, Mocha was popcorning all over and Midnight just truly doesn't seem to care. Should I be worried?
 
A bit of power grooming is perfectly acceptable. Sounds to be going fine.
 
I feel like Mocha is just annoying Midnight. He always wants his food or water. He tries to take it out of his mouth. Half the time Midnight lays down, Mocha comes to lay by him but rumbles around him first. Is this all normal? I feel like Mocha is bullying Midnight.
 
I think this is all normal behaviour my 2 always take food from each others mouths, even though they both have the same, the others food is always better! The rumblings are all normal too :)
 
Thank you for all of the encouragement guys! It turns out they really like each other! They will even sit at the same food bowl and take turns getting a pellet or share pieces of veggie. They were popcorning together today. So adorable.

I think that it's okay that they take food from each other, as sugar and spice do it to each other a lot!:nod:
 
Pepper tug-of-war is a popular game our lot tend to play :))
