So firstly, we would like to say that we all had a lovely day at The Potteries Guinea Pig Rescue - Animal Rescue Christmas Fair. It was lovely to finally meet lots of Forum members in person!
Koda would especially like to thank his auntie Becci (@alpacasqueak ) for his toy! He’s now relaxing at home cuddling it!
Koda had a lovely day and loved meeting everyone! He definitely felt like a Forum celebrity
The boys would also love to thank auntie Becci (@alpacasqueak ) and the very lovely Tricia (@Qualcast&Flymo ) for their gifts! They are happily munching away!
And now for the main man himself…. And a huge thank you to the wonderful @Wiebke for trusting us to rehome this beautiful boy. Merlin (previously - Boncath) has met Thor….
They were very intrigued by each other at first, and we had some chasing and gentle rumbling (mostly Merlin chasing Thor - Thor is such a softy and appeared to just tolerate him at that point). But after 10 minutes they seem to be getting along just fine!

I’ve been watching them on piggy-cam ( and probably will for most of the evening). They are eating hay and sitting together (I’ve circled little Merlin on the pics as it’s night cam)
He’s also met his neighbours (Boris and Jacob)

When I enter the room, Merlin is still nervous and goes to his hiding spot (inside the tunnel)… but I did catch him peering round the corner at me, watching the others as they came to me for food. I doubt it will take him long to figure out who food lady is!
