Poor crunchie had a lapse of her arthritis and so we had to do something! She is on Metacam, glucosamine and cbd oil and has needed tramadol during this recent flare. The vet suggested I retry oxbow joint tablets just to have something else on board...

Day 1 of the oxbow joint tablet saga.. crunchie decided half way through it tasted like crap and proceeded to gag like id given her poison.. Day 2 and oxbow are idiots for making a hay tablet that goes into a lumpy mess in water and blocks the syringe... she wore most of it..Day 3, said lumpy mess is mixed with mashed banana and oats and we have a winner! I'm sure she'll be this enthusiastic about it for around 24 hours and I'll need to find another way 🙄

Iv ordered her some vegan supplements with the stuff that the joint tablets contain as well as some extras.. can't see her liking it in banana porridge for much longer!
 
Oh Crunchie, you are such a Diva. Behave and take your tablets like a good girl for your Mum!
 
Bless her, Leonard has similar feelings towards the hay cookies. I've been trying to find a decent vegan glucosamine supplement for his joints because he's also not too enthusiastic about anything we've tried so far :doh:
