Ok, so the new hutch has arrived and it is now completely ready! It arrived early monday morning (good seeing as i only ordered it friday!) but i have had to wait till today so my dad could put it together with my help! It is reallly huuuge, much bigger than what it looked on pics! After several hours and a few rude words later (not by me of course!) it was finally ready! Anyways enough writing here's the pics:

Ooh, that looks a lovely hutch! Where is it from?

Lovely hutch! Lots of room for them to whizz about! Do you have a cover for when it's raining/cold? Your piggies are lovely x)

Unfortunately I don't have a specially made cover for it as they don't do covers for this hutch for some reason :( but at the moment I'm just using a thick sheet/blanket thing but soon I will be buying some tarpaulin. They are brought inside in the winter anyway so they won't be out in the snow etc.

After 1 night of having this hutch I still love it completely and I'm sure the pigs do too! I am one happy piggy slave!

Wow looks awesome! Your boys are gorgeous by the way, esp your little grey/fawn baby, very handsome! Love that kind of colouring x

Lovely! I would advise putting the hutch up on slabs or bricks as during the winter though as its quite low so could allow damp to seep into wood. Also is the wood treated as it could rot? And ofcourse itl need a hutch cover on at night and in cold wet weather.. :-)

Thanks! The hutch will be moved into the garage (no cars in there so no fumes btw :)) ) in the winter so it won't be out in the snow and very cold temperatures so I think it should be ok. Although of course if I notice the wood getting damp then I will ask my dad to raise off the ground somehow. It said on the website that it was treated. :)) I don't have a proper cover for it but at the mo I'm using a thick blanket but will be buying some tarpaulin :))

Great hutch! Could you give me a link of where to buy this hutch plz as I can't find it anywhere. :( x

Wow what a lovely big hutch! They look very happy & quite rightly so! Good find! Xx

I emailed UK Pets Online about this hutch and they said that it has been discontinued!
They don't make any 5ft hutches anymore!
X
