The long list is going out tomorrow

Getting prepared for another disappointment.

A literary agency is running a competition for unpublished writers. They asked for the first five pages of a completed novel. If you make the long list they ask for more. Then if you nake the shortlist they ask for the whole lot, to get a winner. Like X factor.

Anyway I sent "Beautiful Veins". Tomorrow the long list is being emailed out. So I may be a bit upset tomorrow. :

About 4pm I emailed the agents. I believed, from what they said, all the entrants would receive the list, whether or not they were on it.

Anyway, the bloody agents didn't even email back.

People are so rude these days. :
