The Clocks Change Tomorrow

UK residents, don’t forget our clocks go back an hour tomorrow.
Some may wish to set their alarms so that our piggies get breakfast at the proper time 😁
Alternatively you can just have an extra hour in bed 😊
Or for those who work night shift - 9 hours work for 8 hours pay! 🤬

I’ve just given them a late treat of Timothy Hay in the hopes that it will keep their poor tummies from starving while I have an extra hour in bed. But I’m not holding out much hope. You can set your clock by the demands for breakfast and tea. It’s going to be a tough few days 😂

My boys will be fine as I generally get up too early for their liking anyway 🙄 😴
This is what usually happens here, but our boys are still expectant, of something , anything!
I was awake way too early this morning, but stayed in bed hiding from the piggies! 🤣

Life changing injuries I'm afraid, but they lived, the road full reopened at 5.30, by the time I got back to the station, it was 7.20, I finally got home and in bed at 8.45 and slept like a log, I was absolutely shattered! 😴😴😴
Traumatic for the people involved and tough on you and all emergency services.
Sometimes we forget, or don’t realise just what you have to deal with.
Thank you for being there when needed

My piggies were OK with the time change this morning. They usually come out for cuddles, grooming and Coriander any time between 7 and 8 in the morning, (occasionally it's a bit later) then it's in the run and breakfast pellets.

It wasn't the fact I was shattered putting the full closure out, it was the young lass at the front of the queue whilst I was putting the cones out. Once I finished and let the traffic go, she goes, "that's absolutely scandalous letting an old man do all that work on his own!" 😱😱😱
