Never had problems before.

Tonight one thing was missing; one of my lemons was mouldy, and I ended up with a jar of tomato and chillie pasta sauce I never ordered! Hate chillies ;D

I gave up onTesco I'm afraid
Ive tried them all and now am sticking with Ocado
I buy my fresh stuff at sainsburys tho as Ocado is expensive

I once had a box of puppadoms that came smashed to bits. Gave it back to the driver. No other problems then that. Delivery can be expensive, depending what day you want it.

I think what Tesco do is if they don't have a product you ordered they give you their nearest match. I think Asda are the same. My mums stil to try ordering food online but I think she prefers going in and getting all the bargins for the piggies ;D

We too like to shop at Tescos, but I've never ordered online from them, it seems easier to just go and shop?
We have thought about it , but I think I prefer to choose my own shopping, as said especially the fruit and veg :)

I can see online shopping might be handy if you work full time.

I think mum and me would be totally lost shopping at Tesco's etc online

its easier to walk round and sneak sweets etc into the trolley when the fatherbeast isnt watching ;D

Id rather do my own but we have no car and the nearest supermarket is a 15 min bus ride away :(

I tend to order bulky things like fizzy pop, washing powder, tins, jars etc oline, and go myself for the fresh food.

We do Tesco on line ordering, only because my OH HATES shopping with a passion and I'll do anything for an easy life! haha

Must admit, never had any problems yet - usually get extra items - sometimes gets me a down a bit with the substitutions but that's about it...

My mum on the other hand has had nothing but trouble with them! :( she gets missing stuff, mouldy stuff :(

Never had any problems when we used to get ours. Not that we need to now we got a car ;D

ASDA were the absolute worst

On one order I had more subs / errors than correct lines.
They once substituted English Mustard with Hula Hoops!

The funniest was when I got an extra bag of hay I hadn't ordered and a packet of wood shavings I hadn't ordered. I knew my Angel-Doctor has interfered with the order.
;D ;D ;D
