I know it's not ideal I really do but I Am at my wits end. We are in the process of getting a indoor hutch (I know it's late but I have a disabled son and he's been in hospital) anyway I was just wondering if the girls can sleep in there Carry cage thing? I will leave them in there run till I go to bed then put them in there then get them back out as soon as I get up it will only be for a couple of days. I really don't want them back outside. Again I do know it's not ideal but I'm thinking at least they will be in the warm

I think a carry cage might be a bit small to leave them in overnight, as there is really no opportunity for them to get away from each other if they need to.

Is it possible to have their carry container in a playpen area, so they can come in an out, but use the carry cage as a bedroom?

I think keeping them indoors (if that is what they are used to) is a good idea at this time of year, but maybe try and come up with a slightly larger temporary space.
What about a bath tub lined with a towel and a fleece blanket over the top? It's not ideal long term, but could work for a couple of days if you add places for them to hide (boxes with doors cut in, etc), and made sure they had access to hay, water and food. Plus a bathtub would be easy to clean!

It's OK a neighbour has come to my rescue end she has a spare cage I can borrow it's not massive but it's OK for tonight x

I'm glad you've managed to find a solution. Sounds like you have your hands full at the moment x

I don't know which way to turn to be honest. Little one is OK now just need to sort the piggies out. I've just got one if them to eat from me and don't want to undo all the hard work and want to do what's best for them. I got them as a distraction from my sons needs (that actually sounds worse than mean) do I'm still learning and getting my head around all the things they need and what each squeak means it's fun learning just don't want to get them down x

Sounds like you are making excellent progress if one is eating from your hand. It's fun learning piggy squeak speak and body language.
