How will a teddy suitable for newborns help settle a single New guinea pig ?

They say use a newborn suitable teddy because it's safe enough to give to newborn babies, babies often put things in their mouths a lot so a newborn suitable teddy must have no bits to pull off or falls off, safe if chewed and no extra bits attached to the ted they are just simply fabric, stuffing and stitching. the fabric won't be the kind that comes away if pulled so they piggies won't be a mouthful of fluff if they lick it etc. the softness of these teds makes them ideal for the guinea pig to cuddle upto
