I'm pretty sure this is coming from my heart failure pig. He has been on furoside, theophylline, orbax and metacam for almost 2 weeks. I got a probiotic for him from the vet last Wednesday (he was digging in his brother's butt to eat his poop which has since stopped). This is a 'bad' poop shape, right? Not all of his poops are this shape, he does have normal poop.

Pic attached, the white is cloth fibers.

Hi!

A tear drop poo is a sign of a very mild tummy upset; the consistency and thickness still look good. It is nothing to worry about as this can happen with a cocktail of meds, and yours is just about borderline.
If necessary take your piggy off any fresh food for a day and supplement with probiotics and/or freshly made poo soup.
