So I decided to use some of my tax refund to ugrade their C&C cage. The one we have is way too small for the three of them; it's only a 2x4 but it was all we could afford at the time. We have an interesting dynamic though; all three of them are in the same cage, but piglet is behind a barrior. Do you think this cage would be good for them: http://www.guineapigcagesstore.com/candc-cage-jumbo Granted it's not wider, but at least it's longer. Also if i do go with this one, how much room do you think would be a good allotment for piglet? I really dont want to get a loft type setup; they were never very good with ramps, and i dont think they would use it. suggestions welcome!

i have four girls in a 5x3 so 6x3 would be awesome. Could you not get extra grids and extend instead of buying all new

Mine tend to do laps around the breadth of the cage so I'd be more inclined to go wider than longer. I would have to agree with a 3x6

Not sure where in PA you are. There are 2 branches of Sabic Polymershapes in PA. 4x8 ft sheet coroplast are $10 - $20.

Edit to add: Call before you go. I don't think they are open on weekends.

If you make the 3x6 cage, a 4x8 sheet is big enough, if you make the sides 3.5 inches tall.
The base of the cage is about 41 x 84 inches.

Home Depot also carries Coroplast. You can use their website to check the stock in your local store. The sheet at Home Depot is only 3x6 ft. If you buy them, you will need to tape multiple pieces together.
