Taking three pigs to the vet?

Logistics question!

I currently have a sow and a boar, both 4.5 years old ish. Tico, the sow, is terminally ill. I intend to get Cookie two sow wives when she passes.

When you have three pigs, how do you take one to the vet? I've always taken both so they have company/comfort. Do you continue to take two and leave one on their own? Do all three come along for the ride?
