Take both to the vets?

On Monday I am taking one of by two guinea pigs to the vet to check out his sneezing. I'm not sure if I should take my other too as a companion? Or if this would just cause extra stress for both of them rather than just one? Might be a silly question but just wanted to see what other people would say to do.

I think it helps both piggies stay calmer than taking one and leaving one at home alone.
