My pigs will stretch out and yawn when they are comfortable/relaxed. As long as he is eating well, not losing weight, etc. I would assume he's just relaxing.

All I would say is that any change from a piggy’s normal behaviour is grounds for concern and should be checked by a vet.
However if you are weighing weekly and there’s no change in his weight; if he’s eating and drinking well, passing pee and poop normally & in normal amounts and showing no signs of pain (hunching, fluffed up, tooth grinding, squeaking) then it’s not an urgent vet visit you need.
