Symmetrical alopecia?

My 3 year old Lunkarya sow Dolly has suddenly appeared with these weird crazily symmetrical large patches of baldness on the underside of her neck, sides and around the nipples. The skin seems completely healthy and she's acting normally...

She has a vet appointment next week but has anyone ever seen this before?

Please have your girl vet checked for hormonal ovarian cysts. Sows: Behaviour and female health problems (including ovarian cysts)

I was thinking this too @Wiebke symmetrical bald patches in lady pigs are very often caused by ovarian cysts, especially in a more mature lady...

Thank you I will definitely bring that up, its so symmetrical that its a bit weird to be anything else? Will find out soon anyway

My first thought on seeing those patches was ovarian cysts. Hope the vet can give you some answers.
