Swollen testicle

I have just noticed one of my boys has a swollen testicle. The swelling is only one side and it is soft. He was in with another boar who I have been bonding him with. I thought they were getting on ok but when I went out to give them thier tea one of them had bites on his nose and lips. Only little nips not big bites but I have now seperated them. When I checked them both for any other injuries I found the swelling so thought it may be an abcess from a bite but an abcess I believe would be hard. Any ideas as to what could cause this swelling? Thankyou
 
no expert with boys have girls. thought maybe he might have splinter in there? would suggest taking him to the vet and have him checked out. wishim him luck. sending hugs and cuddles :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: girls send :-* :-* :-*
 
yeah i'd see a vet O0 if they're harming each other maybe they don't get along and should be split up for a bit and re-introduced later? keep an eye on them O0 it could be a cyst or soemthing, but i really don't know so i'd see a vet O0 good luck (hugs) :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
