Swollen nose

My piggy looks like his nose is swelling a bit and a little like it's balding. I need help. Is this something urgent?

Any issue needs a hands on vet check for diagnosis and treatment. I'm afraid we couldn't guess what might be the issue or know whether its urgent based on a description alone
