My skinny pig developed a bump on her back right thigh. It hasn’t grown since I noticed it and it’s been there for a bit. Still I’m worried it something serious like cancer.

I am planning on taking her to the vet but I’m at college at the moment and her usual doctor is back in my home town. I would prefer to wait until I get back in a month and a half since I feel that the vets in my home town are better than any others I’ve seen at college. However, should I not wait and instead get her checked out immediately?

Attached is a picture of the lump

Only a vet check will diagnose what the bump is. It could be a cyst or abscess which tend to be quite common but it is definitely a good idea to get it checked by a vet be on the safe side
