Last couple days iv been searching craigslist and both days have seen piggies up for sale living in unappropiate cages. Wish people were more educated about piggies needs. Day 1 piggies

I try to avoid looking at those sites whenever possible because of those kind of adverts. Even the Facebook sales page keeps having small animal cages sold as guinea pig or rabbit and they're as small as a shoe box!

This is so upsetting! That first picture is an addition for a hamster commercial hamster cage which is too small for hamsters much less guinea pigs. Makes me wonder how they even get away with selling this stuff as actual living conditions! It really ticks me off that people do not take the time to properly care for or learn about small pets and their needs. Just because they are not a dog or a cat, doesn’t mean that they aren’t every bit as important and don’t deserve to be happy!

I’m sorry. This just really upset me Makes me wish I could adopt them all but that would be considered cruel too since I don’t have the adequate space.
