Super active 6 year old guinea pig

Is it normal for an almost 6 year old guinea pig to be super active? She also does this thing where she will suddenly sprint so fast in random directions. It’s kind of scary because she will jump over stuff that she usually wouldn’t dare to because it’s to high up.

Sounds like she’s doing zoomies. An indicator she’s happy. Although they usually slow down when older she’s obviously still got some energy to burn. Enjoy it
