Suddenly not interested in Veggies

My one year old guinea pig who I've had since he was a month old decided not to eat his bell pepper. He always does in the past and its not like he only gets fed bell peppers.
My other piggies ate it right up but he's only eating hay and only left nibbles on the bell pepper.

Is he not hungry? Is he just saving it? I've never seen this before. He is very active and drinking water as well

I’m not sure why he’d do that. Was he given other veg at the same time? Mine will sometimes leave one thing and go eat something else I’ve put in.

no and it was the first veg of the day too.

I guess see how he is later with more veg. How has his weight been the last couple of weeks? Is he living with another pig or as neighbours? Has there been any change in anything else?

He's been a constant ~1200g
