My guinea pig suddenly lost weight a lot, her fur got rough and a fur loss and brown stains around her mouth and cheeks. It all happened so fast, I just bath her for the first time with shampoo then the next week I notice she was just sitting in the corner, normally she would come running to me if I'm feeding her, so I touched her checking if she's alive then she walked but she was limping, she doesn't limp now. After 2 hours, she's eating fine and well, she also drinks a lot. She doesn't have mites on her fur and her teeth seems fine. She also have diarreah.

Weight loss is due to reduced hay intake so it is essential you syringe feed a recovery feed or mushed pellets to replace the reduction in hay and stop the weight loss.
Please switch from weekly weight checks and instead weigh her daily. The daily weight checks are the guide as to how much syringe feed she needs.

Please also remove veg from her diet if she is suffering with diarrhoea.
Severe diarrhoea is considered an emergency.

Has a vet confirmed she doesn’t have mites? Mites are not visible to the human eye so a vet needs to confirm their presence or absence where there is hair loss.
Has a vet checked their teeth including the molars?

Please see a vet for a diagnosis as to the weight loss and hair loss.
