When I took care of my future guinea pig boys last weekend, one of them would randomly start sniffing loudly. It would be very sudden and rapid. I don't know if it was because of me picking him up or that he was scared from a sound....? Is this normal? Do you guys have any ideas what this means? Thanks.

How is his breathing? Is his breathing rapid also?
Hmm, I'm sorry I can't answer that right now since I don't have the pigs here for the next week or so (if you've read my other posts). I'm pretty sure it was just the sniffing that was rapid. It was quite noticeable though he only did it on certain occasions....
Sorry, I don't want to push this but I'm slightly worried. Does this mean anything?
