I was on my bed relaxing with Tiny, she was really comfortable and was purring. I sat there for a while with her, then suddenly, she jumped and ran! The thing is, I didn't move? Why was she suddenly scared out of nowhere?

They can hear things which we can’t, so she probably has been spooked by a noise

to be honest, sometimes there are things you just don't know what has spooked your piggy, it's happened to me too. I couldn't see any reason for it to happen but it does. Don't blame yourself, some things just occur and there appears to be no reason. There could have been a slight breeze - from anything to be honest you just never know.
