Ok, what stupid games did any of you use to play back iin the day or even today!
I no theres a post about childhood already, but it just gave me an idea.

Den tig where bits of the playground (benchs and rocks) are marked as a den. because can go on these dens, if they all hold hands. they can make a huge line across the playground to the next den as long as the person at the end has there foot in the den. if they are disconnected they are no longer on den.

Reindeer Racing Were you gallop across the playground like reindeers across some lines and first one to beat the 'baddie reindeers' (they were inviisble.)

Mary kate and Ashley Were me and my friends pretend we are the twins mary kate and ashley and go round pretending to be famous.

I cant really remeber any other games, it was years ago! ;D

Anyone got any to share?

Revolvo - where u used to have to run around and try not be caught, and you had to try and hit the spot and shout revolvo

Kirby - Where you had to throw the ball at the curb and try and hit it, and I can't quite remember how you got to the other side but you did.

And when I was like in year 3 me and my friends used to play the Lion King hahaha.

When I was a child at school in primary me and my friends used to play horses and crawl around on our knees etc ;D Kinda hard on concrete. When we could go in the big grass fields at the back we used to play another game likewise but we used to crawl to the Airraid shelters (not from my time I hastly add!) that was painted wtih animal scenes and that used to be paradise.

When I was in Year 7 we used to fall on top off each other against the wall for some mad reason or other.

lol

Tig, Families, Kiss chase, hop skotch (we had it painted), elastics (long elastics round legs and used to jump on them), hmmm, that clapping game thing..........

I guess you're wondering how could I? I could walk properly til I was 10 :)

2 balls up the wall :D

and putting a tennis ball in a sock and then stand with your back to the wall and hitting the ball on the wall either side of you and under your legs.... ok i'm not explaining it very well but i'm sure someone knows what I mean ;D

I know what you mean Bev. The amount of bruises I got from that one ;D

Me and my friend used to play Grange Hill when we were about 10. I was Cathy Hargreaves and she was Trisha Jenkins ;D

Done the horse thing too. My horse was called Beaulie and hers was Bandit ;D

We had a game called Tin Can Tommy where someone was 'It' and had to stand at the 'base' with a tin can on the floor. They would hide their eyes and count to 50 and everyone else would scatter and hide. The aim of the game was for everyone to try and get back to 'base' without the person who was 'it' catching you. While everyone was trying to get back to base, the person who was 'it' would try to spot you. If he did, he would bang the can on the floor and shout "tin can tommy Debbie" (or whoever he saw - yes it was usually me :D). It was a fantastic game and I've never heard of anyone else playing it. :D
