My male guineapig is on medicines . But today when he was drinking water I though I heard a asound. Then I checked and it sounded like he is having hard time breathing. There is a sound coming from his nose . He is eating and playing and pooping . His medicines are going on . Is this curable ?

He may just have drunk his water too fast. He may just need a cough. The same as if a person drinks too fast and it ‘goes the wrong way’.
If he is struggling to breath then he needs to see a vet.

Hi

It is likely that a little water has gone up his nose from drinking too greedily. The noise should disappear within an hor or two. No harm done.

Think of human kids drinking too quickly and it going up their noses. Same thing, only that guinea pigs are not good mouth breathers so it sounds a lot more alarming whenever there is even the smallest obstruction to the nose. :)

It maybe happened because of drinking water fast . But he has also cold so I was worried . This morning when I picked him up he made a really weird noise that came from his nose . Is he having a stuffed nose due to cold ? The prescribed medicines are going for 4 days now

Guinea pigs don’t get viral colds, they get bacterial respiratory infections which require antibiotics.
If your piggy is on antibiotics then they should help him.

So my baby completed the antibiotics course. But situation doesn't seem any better. He is eating like he used to but he is not gaining weight. And I noticed that when he breaths there feels that his nose is closed . And he breaths very hard. I'm so disappointed now that I'm unable to help him

Is this the same piggy who won’t eat any hay (and only eats a bit of carrot and water spinach as his entire diet)?
If so, then as per your other threads, he isn’t going to gain weight properly.

If he is not breathing properly, then you will need to return to the vet. I know this isn’t an easy situation for you

He is breathing. I meant sometimes I hear a faint noise which feels like his nose is stuffed. And he sleeps and his head falls to the left . Otherwise he is doing well . But I'll take him to the vet
