Stuck sperm rod and penis protruding

I’ve just given the piggies a health check whilst getting them out and Edward has a sperm rod stuck in his penis and his penis is protruding from the shaft. I’ve tried to gently pull the sperm rod but it won’t shift and he didn’t like it and I don’t want to hurt him.

Will he get it out himself / will it fall out or should I be doing something. I’ve never encounter this before

Oh no Edwards got himself in an embarrassing sticky situation!
Perhaps give it an hour or so to see if it comes out itself, and if not and you have no luck yourself. Probably best to check in with the vet.

I have checked Edwards penis again today and it is still protruding from the foreskin. I have checked him and his penis is clean but I am wondering why it's still protruding? This has happened before and it eventually retracted itself. Will it do so again? Can penis's dry out / become infected?

Odin went through a stage like this. I remember Kim telling me not to worry and to apply the tiniest bit of Vaseline (but to watch he didn’t eat it).

She also told me a funny story of a piggy that came to them after surgery to correct the problem, who ended up peeing sideways. Her and Simon were rather amused when explaining it to me

RB Silver Fox Christian had this problem and I tapped the end of his penis VERY gently with a cotton bud and it went back to where it should have been.

Hi, my piggy has this issue sometimes...personally I try the booty bath method and soak him for a few minutes in some water (give him a bit of a wash while he's in there because why not) and normally it comes out afterwards...if not then you should see a vet since it can make it slightly difficult to pee...no piggy likes it being pulled and it may not be going back in due to maybe a slight discomfort...just make sure he's clean and not getting it injured he should hopefully put it back in a little bit...again if not see a vet as there may be something else going on...

Edward's penis is still protruding from the foreskin. I have gently tapped it with a cotton bud and bathed it in warm water but nothing has helped. Will it eventually retract or should I take him to the vet? His penis looks healthy and clean. It was fine and safely tucked away until the sperm rod

My late boar Nicky sometimes had the problem that his penis would stick out a little bit. After giving him a good cleanup, I used a bit of vegetable oil to make his penis slip back.
But if you are unsure, a trip to the vet isn't a bad idea. Nicky had cronic problems with his teeth, so he was a regular at the vet and I asked her to take a closer look whenever the penis trouble was showing.

Edwards penis is still protruding I’ve given it a clean with some warm water and applied a tiny bit of vaseline. Does it look normal to you?
