Some time last month, Pablo broke off his nail while he jumped out. This was before I got him his new C&C cage, so the entire nail came up in one go. It was bleeding a lot but it was fine after I washed it off. That day he let me cut his nails, except for the paw that had it's nail ripped off, obviously I didn't want to hurt him more, so I let him alone. It's been a month now, but he's refusing letting me clip his nails, he bites me if I try to.

His other nails are growing fine, but the one he ripped off is not. Does it take longer to regrow because it's healing?

Also I don't know how else to clip his nails, they're beginning to grow sideways (as you can tell by the picture) and it's beginning to worry me. He's a very stubborn pig when he's not getting his way :help:

You could try putting him on a towel on your lap and folding it over him so it covers his head so that you can quickly clip his nails, that works for my boys when they’re adamant that they don’t want a pedicure

I agree with Betsy - book an appointment with a piggy savvy veterinary nurse at your clinic. In most places, you can ask for it and it doesn't cost a lot. Most piggies are better behaved when they are out of their comfort zone and with someone they instinctively feel is confident about handling and nail cutting. ;)

Ripped out nails can grow back funny and thick and in some cases not at all. It doesn't impede everyday mobitility.

If he ripped the nail out completely it might not regrow. Otherwise it will take a while to get to the right length. A colleague at work lost a fingernail and was told in humans it will take 6 months to fully regrow
