Stubborn URI- vet query

Can I ask if anyone has experience of Jen Quayle at Rose Cottage.
Been seeing my local vets and not getting anywhere, so need a piggy savvy vet.

Please be aware that any vet will treat for URI if there is the least doubt but that it can be a much more complex issue from the emergence of strains resistant to some antibiotics to sensitivities but not infections.

Sadly the vet dealing with my pig currently has no confidence of experience and it is all very frustrating.

Jen has been my guinea pig vet for about 6 years. She has treated them for a variety of ailments and over this period 5 have had essential operations and came through fine thankfully. One also had a persistent UTI which took months to treat but we eventually got it under control.....she takes really good care of them and I trust her completely..... I hope that your piggie gets better!

Jen is fantastic. I highly recommend her. It's funny that I just saw this as she is doing a hysterectomy on one of my piggies tomorrow. I wouldn't let let just anyone do that.
