Strange things stuck in fur

While holding Harriet yesterday I noticed that there was some strange stuff stuck in her fur. Around her bum there was what looked like pieces of a dropping and on her side was some strange white stuff. She's acting normally and looks fine otherwise. I haven't got a clue of what this might mean. Any advice is very much appreciated. Thank you!

I went out for awhile and when I returned I picked her up to try to wash it off but it was gone! Maybe she groomed it off? It's only her and two other sows, no boars.
