Strange symetrical red dots on my guinea pigs balls

So I was holding my Guinea Pig and I noticed two symmetrical red dots on his balls and I was wondering what they were or how they formed/occured

Your photos are t that clear unfortunately. If you’re worried take him to the vet. Please can you also add your location to your profile. It makes it easier than asking. County is fine.
 
I’m afraid your photos are blurry. Is the skin broken? Please get him seen by a vet
