I left my guinea pig (sadly the other one passed away recently) alone with someone I know who owns guinea pig for 4 days, there was zero sign of illness or discomfort before I left, but when I came back there was. She was fed watermelon, spinach and cucumber. She hasn't eaten watermelon before, so it may be the cause?
There has been weird noises (similar to gurgling, rumbling) coming from her stomach, and she feels pain if you touch her stomach even gently. I've also noticed that she has brown gunk coming from one of her eyes and her breathing is audible and sounds like a whistle. Her weight is fine, and she seems to be pooing and urinating the right amount. She has a smaller appetite though, and seems to be trying to chew on things, instead of eating.
Please let me know if anybody knows what this may be.

Please have your piggy seen by a vet for diagnosis and treatment, particularly as she is in pain then she must be seen today. I’m afraid we can’t tell you what might be wrong.
I hope she is ok

Hi and welcome

Please see a vet for a bacterial respiratory infection (URI), which can be fatal or long term damaging if left untreated, and a potential mild tummy upset.

Please stop feeding any fresh food until 24-48 hours after the tummy has settled down and then start up again slowly, ideally with fresh herbs, adding a new food with each feed.
Always be careful with introducing any new food in a small portion as part of a mix to allow the gut microbiome to adjust. Too much on an unprepared gut can upset it. Please do not overfeed fruit (including plenty of melon); it can encourage the overgrowth of the wrong kind of digestive bacteria, resulting in diarrhea or bloating.
