Strange Piggie Behavior

Hello! My boyfriend is fostering two piggies from a rescue and they’re very new to the rescue so I am not sure what their past house looked like. But both pigs are very prone to running around in circles sometimes through tunnels or sometimes just running in circles and I did not know if this is a positive behavior or not and we are kinda worried about them!

Could it be zoomies? If so then This is a sign of happy piggies!

It sounds like zoomies to me too. Usually fear/distress behaviour is exhibited by freezing and/or hiding.

I think that you are describing 'zoomies' - running at top speed around the cage. It's a sign of happiness.
