Strange Noises After Finishing Antibiotics

Hi all,

My guinea pig recently finished a course of antibiotics (can't remember the name, popular banana flavoured one - begins with S I think) and has been making some odd almost wheezing almost squeaking noises.

Before we took her to the vets it was a straight up wheezing noise, like the penguin from toy story before he gets a new squeak.

However, since she has finished the antibiotics this noise has appeared - I'd like opinions on the possible cause, I'm assuming she may need a longer cause of antibiotics.

If there are still symptoms or you are concerned, then it’s always best to go back to the vet

I agree. I would take her back to the vets as she may need a longer course of antibiotics or a different antibiotic altogether. I hope she’s ok
