Strange facial expressions?

Hey all,

My sow who ive owned for two and a half years had seemed to of made a strange facial expression that I have never seen before, this is my first time owning piggies! Well every time i seem to of rub/massage her left side of the shoulder/back area she seems to pull this face by swinging her head towards my hand and opens her mouth wide with her tounge going everywhere! (i cant really explain it properly as its a really strange facial expression!) its like as if she doesnt know whether its an itch and shes trying to scratch it with her teeth or she likes it thats why shes sticking her tounge out? I'm so confused!

Can any of you try and work out what type of behavior this is and what shes trying to tell me!?

my boar turns his head around and either shakes it or licks my hand when i rub his back,its just because he likes it - or it tickles

If your doing this towards their bum area it's a sign of sexual arousal but if not then I guess she's a but irritated and she can't quite reach to lick or nip you :o
I know the face you mean tho, my boys do it if I rub them on their lower back rolleyes
