I have two guinea pigs, 1 is 1 and a half and the other is almost 4. When I got home to them today I noticed there was diarrhea but I'm still left with a lot of questions. There isn't a lot of diarrhea and the rest of the poops look pretty normal, and when I see my guinea pigs poop now their poop looks pretty normal. They are both not lethargic, they are eating normally, and there is no stain of diarrhea on either of them. So why do I have this one off diarrhea?

My only other thought could be that one of them pooped and peed in the same area and then stepped on it a lot, making it look like diarrhea, but idk, it seems to look a lot like diarrhea and not really like a mashed up poop.

Do you all have any advice?

At this stage i think all you can do is monitor.

I would switch from the routine weekly weight checks and instead weigh them both daily. This is the only way to monitor hay intake and know they are eating enough.
If there is weight loss then step in with syringe feeding.

Watch the poops - if they are too soft then remove veg from the diet; if you notice watery and actual diarrhoea then see a vet urgently as significant diarrhoea is an emergency.
