New Born Pup
Hello,
I have two piggies but one of them has been making an odd squeaking sound when she eats. It usually lasts for 15-30 seconds, but this happened to be after she squeaked a few times so it only occurs at the beginning of the video. It is a relatively new noise she’s making.
She recently had a large lump on her back, which I took her to my vet clinic for and it turned out it was just a cyst. But she’s also lost a significant amount of weight, to the point her hind end feels somewhat normal but her waistline is pretty thin and her ribs can be felt if I push in gently. She lost some hair which I thought was because of the cyst, since it was localized, and my other piggie is on the heavier side so I thought she was just being a food/hay hog so we bought my skinnier piggie some recovery food to syringe feed her. Recently, we noticed her nipples looked a little crusty and started wondering if she maybe has ovarian cysts. She’s ~3 years old, still active, food and water intake are good and she lets us syringe feed her as needed, she goes to the bathroom normally, and seems like her happy squeaky self. But I’m concerned how she’s quickly become thin around the waist, had a sudden dermal cyst appear, her crusted nipples, hair loss, and now abnormal squeak sound when she eats.
We have an appointment set up with a small animal exotics vet (since the first time I took her to my clinic which is a companion animal hospital) but everyone is booked out a little bit so I wanted to see if anyone here has had some experience and/or some insight.

My second video of the chirping is a little older but I keep forgetting to ask about it. It happens pretty rarely, and always in the middle of the night so I’m not sure which one or if both piggies are making the sound and whenever I go to look at them they stop chirping. But I’m worried as it kind of sounds like they’re in pain .
