Strange blob on poo

When cleaning the cage just now I found a poo with a strange brownish blob on the end of it. It's squishy to touch but not sticky. There's also a little hollow bit where it looks like there was a bubble that has popped. I found a few others with the little hollows but no other with the blob on it. I don't know if it's Eddie's or Elvis's poo.

Any idea about what it could be? Do I need to be concerned?

Hi!

It just looks like something has not been fully digested and part of the poo has come off because of it?
 
Is this something I need to be concerned about or as long as I don't find any more like this should it be fine?
